Road closed for a movie shoot in Pickering

A road in north Pickering is closed today for a movie shoot.

Whitevale Road is closed in both directions, from Altona Road to Markham-Pickering Townline Road on Wednesday (June 12) for a movie shoot, Durham Regional Police said in a post on X.

The road, located in the north end of the city, will be closed from 6:30 a.m. to around 2 p.m., police said.

The production is not named.
