Shots fired into Oshawa home for second time

A home in Oshawa has once again been struck by gunfire.

The house near Conlin Road and Townline Road was first shot at on May 19 around 3 a.m. Several shell casings were later found at the scene, Durham Police reported. There were no reported injuries.

This was one of six shootings over the Victoria Day long weekend including three in Ajax, another in Oshawa and one in Whitby.

On July 23, police confirmed the house on Conlin Road had once again been shot at the day before. The shots rang out around 3:30 p.m. Again investigators found multiple shell casings and bullet holes in the house. No one was hurt in this shooting either.

This time a grey Nissan Rogue SUV was seen speeding away from the scene.
