UPDATE: 12-year-old missing girl has been located safe

UPDATE: The missing 12-year-old from Courtice has been located safe and sound.

Durham Regional Police are concerned for the safety and well-being of a 12-year-old girl who left her Courtice residence in the early hours of Feb. 25

Police say on Saturday (Feb. 25) 2023, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Adison Spencer was last seen near Prestonvale Rd/Hwy 2 in Courtice.

Police describe the 12-year-old as white, five-foot-tall with a medium build and long blonde hair. She is said to be wearing a grey jacket and tall black boots.
