15-year-old boy threatened man with knife over a ‘look’ at Oshawa GO Station, police allege

A teenage boy faces charges for allegedly threatening a man with a knife at the Oshawa GO Station because he didn’t like the way the man looked at him.

A fight broke out at the Durham College Oshawa GO Station on Bloor Street shortly after 8 p.m. yesterday. The argument began because the suspect did not like the way the victim looked at him, Durham Police report.

The conflict escalated until the teen threatened to stab the victim, police report. Officers arrived a short time later and arrested a 15-year-old boy at the scene. They also found a knife at the station.

The teen, who cannot be publically identified, has been charged with uttering threats.
