15-year-old Mississauga teen arrested in Oshawa pharmacy robbery investigation

Police have made a third arrest in their investigation into the armed robbery of an Oshawa pharmacy in October.
Four men burst into the Eastview IDA Pharmacy around 4 p.m. October 18, armed with knives. Two workers were assaulted and suffered minor injuries.
The quartet made of with an unspecified amount of pharmaceutical drugs, before escaping in a getaway car, a dark Nissan SUV.
About a week later on October 25, police arrested D’Andre Junior, 18, of Barrie and Sharmake Hassan, 20, on numerous robbery and drug related charges.
DRPS and local police executed two search warrants in Barrie and Toronto. They say they found drugs at one of the homes.
A third suspect was arrested in Mississauga on December 1 after another police raid. Officers say they found a quantity of drugs in this home as well.
A 15-year-old from Mississauga was arrested during the raid He has been charged with robbery with offensive weapon, disguise with intent, possession of a weapon for dangerous purposes, possession of property obtained by crime exceed $5,000, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and several drug charges.
The teen, whose identity is protected by the Youth Criminal Justice Act, will remain in custody until a bail hearing.
