67-year-old missing man last seen in Oshawa

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man last seen late Sunday morning in Oshawa.

Durham Regional Police say 67-year-old Vincent was last spotted around 11 a.m. in the area of Ritson Road North and Adelaide Avenue East.

Investigators describe him as a white man with a slim build. Vincent was wearing eyeglasses, a dark, puffy winter jacket, dark pants and black shoes with white soles.

Officers are concerned for his well-being and are urging anyone who has seen him or knows his whereabouts to contact the police at 905-579-1520.
