80 townhouse units could be coming to Ajax neighbourhood

An Ajax neighbourhood may be about to get a bit more populated.

A public meeting has been announced for locals to review and comment on a proposed 80-unit stacked townhouse development on the south side of Rossland Road at just east of Harkins Drive.

The proposed lands back onto a large neighbourhood of detached homes and a large townhouse building sits diagonally across Rossland Road.

The meeting to discuss the proposed development is set for the Ajax Town Hall on Sept. 16. Anyone who wished to participate will have to register in advance at [email protected] by Sept. 13. The meeting will also be livestreamed on Ajax’s website.
