A Teddy Bear picnic is happening at a local farm in Uxbridge, Ontario

Forsythe Family Farms is hosting a Teddy Bear Picnic this week, inviting families to enjoy a day of outdoor fun in Uxbridge.
The event will be held on Thursday, (August 15) at 1025 Cragg Rd.
The picnic will kick off at 10:30 a.m., with a welcome from the Farm Ambassador, who will lead guests through various activities.
Highlights include a wagon ride to the forest for a bear hunt, a craft zone, and a selection of games.
Admission is $10 for adults and $16.95 per child. The farm notes on its events page that children must be accompanied by an adult for the event.
Families can enjoy a snack basket filled with light lunch items, vegetables, and sweet treats, or they can bring their own food to the picnic.
For an additional cost, children can feed the farm animals using a basket of animal food provided by the farm.
After the picnic, visitors are invited to explore the farm’s attractions, including the Reading Trail, farm animal enclosures, and a playground. The event will wrap up at 1 p.m.
