Accident investigation closes major intersection in Oshawa

An ongoing accident investigation has closed an intersection in Oshawa this evening (Sept. 5).

According to a tweet by Durham Regional Police, the incident took place near the intersection of Harmony Rd. and Bloor St., prompting the closure of these key roadways.

In conjunction with the accident investigation, commuters are advised to steer clear of the off-ramp from Highway 401 westbound at Harmony Rd.

Police have not provided any information about the accident and the people involved.

Drivers are asked to avoid the vicinity of the incident.
