A three-bedroom townhome in Ajax was one of the most affordable homes sold in the GTA last month, with the condominium selling for $746,000 on July 25, just a few thousand dollars under asking.
The corner unit home on Annabele Lane boasts high ceilings and an open concept living/dining room area. The entire home is bathed in an abundance of natural light (it has also been recently painted) and all bedrooms come with full closets, providing plenty of storage space and making it an ideal property for young families and first-time homebuyers.
The three-bath home also features a fully finished basement with a walkout to the back, and the styled side yard offers an outdoor retreat for the family. One of the unique features of this home is there are no neighbours in the front, ensuring maximum privacy and unobstructed views.
Other homes on the top five most affordable homes sold last month (as compiled by Zoocasa Real Estate) include a one-bedroom condo on Widmer Street in Toronto (#1) that sold for $524,000 ($43,000 over asking) and a two-bedroom condo on Town Centre Court in Scarborough (#3) that was released for $588,000 – a whopping $89,000 over asking.
At number two was a one-bedroom condo in Oakville that sold for $575,000, followed by the Ajax townhome.
At #5 was a two-bedroom condo in Burlington that sold for $665,000.
