Camp Samac pool in north Oshawa offering free Labour Day swimming

A free Labour Day swim? That’s the way to close out summer in the city.

Oshawa is hosting free swims at Camp Samac’s outdoor pool in the city’s north end on Monday, September 2, in celebration of Labour Day.

The pool will be open for three free public swims from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This event is drop-in only, advance registration is not required, with admission first come, first serve. Regular leisure swimming rules will apply.

The indoor pool at Delpark Homes Centre will also be open public swimming on Labour Day, with regular admission rates. Visit Oshawa.ca/swim for the complete pool schedule.
