Car stolen from Oshawa dealership nets charges for one

A man has been charged after a car was stolen from an Oshawa dealership.

A grey Hyundai was stolen from the Need-A-Car Dealership at 170 Bloor St. shortly after midnight on Feb. 3.

When Durham Regional Police responded they found the car in a nearby parking lot. They spotted a man flee the car. After a brief chase, they arrested a man without further incident.

Jonathan Williams, 19 of no fixed address, is charged with car theft, possession of stolen property, and careless driving. He remains in custody pending a bail hearing.
