A house in north Bowmanville that nestled in to the #3 spot on the list for the most viewed property of 2022 was also the #1 most viewed property in December, according to real estate company Zoocasa.

The property, located at 27 Moses Crescent (off Middle Road, just south of the Bowmanville Golf & Country Club) is an unassuming 2-storey detached home that nonetheless garnered lots of attention when it went on the market six months ago

The corner lot home, which features an oversized garage, hardwood floors and nine-foot ceilings, breakfast bar and quartz centres, listed at $899,000 in May and sold six weeks later for $999,500 – $100,000 over asking.

Number 2 on the list was a 6+2 bedroom dream condo at the One in downtown Toronto (1 Bloor St. W) with walls of windows framing the skyline view. This apartment is real luxury living and the price tag is appropriate: $32 million.

Properties in Leamington, Kingston, Orangeville and five more from Toronto round out the rest of the top 10 list for most viewed properties in December.
