Tribute Communities has been a very busy builder in north Oshawa of late, with their newest offering in the booming University District now offering units for sale.
U.C. Tower 3 is a 19-storey condo building with 386 units near Winchester Road and Simcoe Street, right in the heart of a neighbourhood that is rapidly changing Oshawa’s real estate landscape and skyline.
The units, designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, start at just above $500,000.
Occupancy is expected to be in April of 2025.
Tribute completed U.C. Tower, a 25-storey building with 479 units, and U.C. Uptown townhomes in 2022. U.C. Tower 2 (27 storeys) launched in 2021 and is already sold out. Occupancy is scheduled for November.
Tribute Communities was voted Builder of the Year three years running by the Durham Region Home Builder’s Association.
The sales centre for U.C. Tower 3 is located at 2425 Simcoe Street.
