Cram a Cruiser food event in Oshawa, Bowmanville & Whitby this weekend

Durham Regional Police’s latest Cram a Cruiser food and toy event is coming to five locations in Durham this weekend
Police cars will be at Costco Oshawa (Ritson Road), Sobeys Oshawa (Wilson Road), Bargain Shop Oshawa (King Street) and Freshco Bowmanville (Hwy 2 & Longworth) on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and at Liz’s No Frills Whitby (Hwy 2 & McQuay) on Sunday, also from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Cram a Cruiser is in support of the DRPS Food and Toy Drive and Feed the Need Durham. All donations of non-perishable food items and new and unwrapped toys will be accepted.
There is an increased need for food this year as the food banks have seen a decrease in donations due to higher food costs.
