A dessert lover’s paradise is now open in Oshawa.
D Spot, which has opened locations across the country in its ten years satisfying Canadian sweet tooths, has opened its third restaurant in Durham Region at 1280 Clearbrook in north Oshawa.
Its social media-worthy desserts are already bringing in long lineups, with patrons entering into a world of sweet indulgence when they find their own D Spot.
From fancy coffees and hot chocolates (think Cookie Butter Hot Chocolate and Vanilla Honey Tea Latte) and iced coffees and virgin mojitos to a range of decadent milkshakes like Chocolate Monkey and Man-Go-Wild (as well as loads of ice cream options), D Spot has the ‘appetizers’ to give you enough strength to look at the rest of the menu.
And a mouth-watering menu it is, with cakes (Red Velvet Cheesecake and Toffee Butter Cake, to name a few), skillet cookie dishes (Crunchy Munchy Butter Toffee and For the Love of Rocher) to the main event: a decadent lineup of waffles, croffles, crepes and pancakes, all topped with fresh fruit, chocolate, brownies, cookies and even donuts!
And if you’re feeling the need for some savoury options, D Spot has you covered there as well, with hot dogs and sausages, burgers and pizza and poutine also on the menu.
Oshawa newest one-stop dessert stop is open late for late night cravings, with Friday and Saturday hours 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. D Spot Oshawa is open 11 a.m. to midnight Sunday to Thursday.
The chain also has locations in Pickering (726 Kingston Road, Unit 5) and Ajax (7 Rossland Rd. E.
