Final Oshawa community cleanup Sept. 7 at Second Marsh

Volunteers are wanted to help clean up Oshawa’s waterfront jewel, Second Marsh.
The final community cleanup of the year will take place Saturday, September 7 at Oshawa Second Marsh and McLaughlin Bay Wildlife Reserve. The City of Oshawa will partner up with Friends of Second Marsh and residents, local organizations, and businesses are invited help.
The event begins at 9 a.m. at Second Marsh at 1908 Colonel Sam Drive.
To join the cleanup and help keep the city’s natural spaces clean and vibrant, pre-register at Oshawa.ca/MayorsCleanup. Participants will receive disposable gloves and garbage bags.
