Glow in the dark paint party

An Oshawa arts and crafts company specializing in arts events for children is hosting a glow in the dark paint party this weekend for toddlers.

Art 4 Endurance, which has organized arts events for kids at Oshawa Zoo and Fun Farm and art camps at Delpark Homes Centre, is inviting toddlers – 18 months to three years – and parents to Storie Park (located in the Oshawa Creek valley lands between Simcoe Street and Park Road south of downtown) Saturday for an hour of glow in the dark paint fun.

Admission ($35) includes glow in the dark painting, snacks, interactive entertainment, glow in the dark face paint and prizes, with limited spots available.

Email [email protected] to register.

Future Art 4 Endurance events this month include a Halloween-themed paint party, a Paw Patrol event and a pizza and paint party at Harmon Cordova recreation centre in the city’s south end.

Art 4 Endurance ‘Where art meets mental health awareness’ – offers a variety of classes and camps for all ages, with previous events including ‘I am a Superhero’ camp, which taught positive self-reflection; ‘Creating your Dream World’ camp where students painted a world they were most comfortable in; ‘Hello Kitty’-inspired classes that were full of positive energy; ‘Create your own Comic Book’ class, which was aimed at older kids; and ‘Mommy/Daddy and Me’ Sip & Paint events.
