Goodyear Blimp spotted around Durham; staging at Oshawa Airport for RBC Canadian Open

The Oshawa Airport is the staging ground for the famous Goodyear Blimp as it prepares for coverage of the final rounds of the RBC Canadian Open golf tournament this weekend from St. George’s Golf & Country Club in Toronto.

The blimp has been spotted and photographed by numerous Durham residents as it passed through the region on its way to the Oshawa Executive Airport and the crew even found the time to post a stunning photo as they approached Toronto.
The golf tournament wraps up Sunday.
