Harvest festival returning to downtown Whitby this weekend

The Brooklin Harvest Festival is set to return to Whitby this weekend.

In a release sent out by the town, Whitby residents are invited by local business owners and restauranteurs to take part in sidewalk shopping events, outdoor patios, pop-up food experiences and explore unique storefronts.

The Brooklin Harvest Festival is set to run on September 21 from 10 am to 4 pm in downtown Brooklin in Grass Park.

Additional amenities include a rock wall, inflatable slides, bouncers, games and more.

Additional information also indicates that the streets adjacent to the event will feature interactive activities, balloon artists, face painting, local entertainment and vendors from the regional farmer’s markets.

More information on the Brooklin Harvest Festival, including road closures and public transit options, can be found on the Town of Whitby’s official website.
