More than 1,300 visitors attended two Program Information Nights at Durham College in Oshawa and Whitby last week, with prospective students touring the facilities and chatting with faculty about available programs.

Student services representatives were also on hand to share information about supports available at the college, such as financial aid, academic support, health and wellness and mental health support.

Anyone interested in applying could do so on the spot and more than 235 people jumped at the chance at the sessions, held January 16 at the main campus in Oshawa and January 17 at the Skills Training campus in Whitby.
