Job Fair today at Oshawa’s Tribute Communities Centre

If working at Durham Region’s biggest indoor sports and entertainment facility interests you, the Tribute Communities Centre and OVG360 is hiring, with a job fair this afternoon at the downtown Oshawa arena.

OVG360, which manages the home of the Oshawa Generals and major concerts and events at the Athol Street complex, is looking for a concessions manager, security people, a quick service supervisor, as well as concession attendants, cooks, suite hosts, waitstaff, runners and post event housekeepers, along with various other positions within the organization.

The annual job fair runs from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Job seekers are asked to enter through Gate 1 and to bring a copy of their resume, photo ID, social insurance number, and banking information (or void cheque) as they may be interviewed and hired on the spot.
