Just seven school bus cancellations today; five in Ajax

With the highway up and running again school bus closures today (June 23) were limited to just seven across Durham, with five in Ajax.

Two runs each were cancelled today for Michaelle Jean and St. Bernadette and a PM route for Carruthers Creek was also axed. A morning and afternoon run to Waverly Public in Oshawa is also affected by a cancellation.

There were no cancellations in Clarington – the epicentre of the school bus driver shortage this year – with ten delays in the system.
