Loaded gun found on search leads to charges for Whitby man

A Whitby man is behind bars after a concealed and loaded gun was found in his possession following a search warrant executed at Taunton Rd. W and Baldwin St. S. in north Whitby Tuesday.
Roger James, 23, was taken into custody without incident and has been held for a bail hearing. He is charged with three firearm-related offences, including ‘occupy vehicle with firearm.’
