Male victim dies in a shooting in Oshawa

A person has died in a shooting in Oshawa.
Emergency crews were called to reports of a shooting on Albert Street in Oshawa, Durham Regional Police said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) just after 5 a.m. today (Sept. 21).
One male victim was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
There was no further information.
Police were expected to provide an update at 8:30 a.m.
