Man stabbed on bus in Oshawa

A man is in hospital with serious injuries following a stabbing in Oshawa.

Durham Regional Police responded to reports of a stabbing on a Durham Region Transit (DRT) bus early this morning near King Street West and Stevenson Road North.

Police found the victim, who was suffering from serious injuries and transported him to a hospital. However, the severity of his injuries and whether he is in stable or life-threatening condition remains unknown. No further updates have been provided by police.

Additionally, investigators have not disclosed the identity of the victim, including his name, age, or place of residence.

As per Colin Williamson’s post on X (formerly Twitter), the suspect reportedly fled on a bicycle but was swiftly located and arrested by police.
