Man wanted in Pickering voyeurism investigation after recording a Walmart change room

A man caught recording a woman in a Walmart changing room in Pickering is wanted by Durham Regional Police.

Officers were called to the Brock Street Walmart shortly after 2 p.m. January 4 after a man was confronted for allegedly recording a woman in the store’s change rooms.

When confronted by the woman and her family he professed to have deleted the photos he took, but police say there were other pictures on the phone of other possible victims.

The suspect fled the Walmart after the confrontation. Police describe the man as Black, between 20 and 25 years-old. He was wearing a baseball hat, a puffy blue vest, a red long sleeved shirt and baggy beige pants.
