Massage therapist charged with sexual assault in Ajax

An Ajax massage therapist faces charges after several alleged sexual assaults of a patient.

Durham Police report a woman came forward with the allegations a massage therapist assaulted her “on several occasions” in a clinic near Harwood Avenue South and Emperor Street. The area is home to the Ajax-Pickering Hospital and several healthcare services.

Investigators arrested Nicholas M. Luck, 50 of Whitby, on Oct. 24. He is charged with three counts of sexual assault and has been released with conditions.

Police believe there may be other victims and have released Luck’s picture.
