More details revealed about missing Clarington woman

UPDATE: Dawn has been found safe.

Durham Regional Police have shared more information about the woman reported missing from Clarington yesterday.

Dawn, 47, was last seen near Nash Road and Townline Road North on the Clarington side around 10 a.m. on Sept. 3. The area is home to several large shopping centres on the Oshawa border, just north of King Street.

Investigators describe Dawn as a five-foot-three, 130-pound white woman. She has a medium build, beyond-shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a blazer. She was driving a white 2018 Chevrolet Cruze with the license plate DAKW-078.

“Police have been unable to locate Dawn and are concerned for her safety,” investigators wrote. They have asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.
