If you’re planning a trip to the zoo this summer, you’ll be pleased to hear that it’s become way easier to get there.
GO Transit recently announced GO bus route 96Z, which started running on Saturday (July 10) and will run every weekend until September 6.
Route 96Z serves Oshawa GO, Whitby GO, Ajax GO, the new stop at the Toronto Zoo, Scarborough Centre Bus Terminal, and Finch Bus Terminal.
The new direct service to the zoo is part of a service increase on the GO Transit network.
“As we welcome back more customers each day, we are continuing to deliver more transit options to safely get them where they want to go,” said Metrolinx President and CEO Phil Verster.
You can plan your trip via GO Transit’s website.
