One man in hospital following a stabbing incident in Oshawa

Durham Regional Police continue to investigate an incident in Oshawa’s south end that sent one man with stab wounds to the hospital this afternoon.

On Sunday (Sept. 17) at approximately 5:30 p.m., police say they arrived on scene at Simcoe Street South and John Street., east of King Street East.

Investigators say one man with stab wounds was transported to a hospital for treatment, where he currently remains in stable condition.

Police say this is an ongoing investigation and more information will be available at a later time.
