Oshawa man missing since October

Roshad has been missing from Oshawa since October
Police are looking for a man last seen near Midtown Mall in Oshawa in October.
Roshad is described as Black, 6-foot with a slim build and a ‘heartbeat’ tattoo on his right forearm. Police are asking the public to contact police if you see the man or know his whereabouts.
