Oshawa man sprayed with noxious substance during fight, police looking for suspect

Durham police continue to look for the person who used a noxious substance during a fight in Oshawa last week.
On Thursday, Aug. 3, at about 2:20 p.m., police were called to an active fight at a residential complex in the area of Simcoe St. S. and Bruce St. in Oshawa.
Upon entering the building, officers located the victim, a 30-year-old man, who appeared to have been sprayed with a mace-like substance and had injuries to his head. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police are looking for anyone who has information or video footage, including dash cam, to please come forward.
