An Oshawa man won nearly $165,000 in a Lightning Lotto draw.

Gordon Jackson bought his ticket from The Dollar Store Plus on Mayfair Ave. in Oshawa. The Lightning Lotto numbers are chosen early in the day. When a ticket matches all five drawn numbers the player wins the jackpot, which starts at $125,000 and increases as tickets are sold.
