An Oshawa woman is $50,000 richer after winning the top prize in INSTANT BINGO.
Judith Hubner, a retiree who only plays INSTANT BINGO and once won $5,000 on a game in 1996, had three tickets with her when she found the winning card.
“I had three tickets in my purse and I checked them all. My last one was the winner,” she said with excitement while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.
The 78-year-old texted her granddaughter about the win right away. “She didn’t believe me, so I sent her a photo and then she called me screaming,” she laughed. “This is a huge door opening for me. I plan to put this win toward my mortgage and fix some things around my home.”
INSTANT BINGO is available for $3 a play and the top prize is $50,000. Odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.68.
