An Oshawa woman is $100,000 richer after an Encore win.
Marilyn Janes bought a lotto at Millenium Variety & Video on Stevenson Road in Oshawa and said yes to getting the Encore numbers for an extra dollar. She added the Encore to a Lotto Max ticket
The decision proved fortuitous as she matched the last six of the seven numbers on the Encore draw, earning her the $100,000.
Unusually, Janes didn’t share her reaction to her win with the OLG or reveal her plans for the winnings.
