Oshawa’s Keg restaurant cracks top 100 outdoor patios in Canada list

An Oshawa restaurant has cracked the top 100 list for the best spots in Canada for outdoor dining.

The annual list is compiled by OpenTable, an online reservation service that has ranked the 100 best restaurants for outdoor dining in Canada ahead of the long Victoria Day weekend.

The Keg Oshawa, which held its grand ‘re-opening’ in 2019 after building a brand-new restaurant and outdoor patio in front of the old one, has been located on the south side of the Oshawa Centre for 35 years.

The Keg is famous for its prime rib and signature Keg martinis and for its gorgeous patio.

Open Table highlighted spots across four provinces which, it says, offer stunning patio views, great cuisine and “an incredible outdoor dining experience.”

The list was compiled through more than 800,000 verified diner reviews, submitted between March 1, 2021 and February 28, 2022.
