The Ontario Tech Ridgebacks (10-1-0) continue to climb the U SPORTS men’s soccer ranking following a pair of weekend wins, including 2-1 victory over Carleton Ravens (6-2-2) on Saturday.

It was the Oshawa school’s second win over Carleton in a week.

The Ridgebacks moved up two positions to #5 (unseating Carleton, who dropped to #6), as have the No. 8 UBC Thunderbirds (8-3-2), who also scored two wins on the weekend. No. 4 Toronto Metropolitan (8-2-0) moved up one position.

After a pair of ties in Canada West action, U SPORTS Men’s Soccer sees No. 7 Mount Royal (8-0-4) drop three places after Friday’s scoreless draw with Saskatchewan and Sunday’s 2-2 score with Lethbridge.

York University (9-0-1) holds the top position in the rankings. The 2022-23 U SPORTS men’s soccer regular season ends October 29.
