Panel van approaches teen in Courtice, prompts police search

This suspicious van apperaoched a teenager last Friday. - Via DRPS.
Investigators are trying to find a suspect after they approached a teenager in Courtice while behind the wheel of a panel van.
The van approached the teen girl on June 30 near Prestonvale Rd. and Glenabbey Dr. according to Durham Regional Police. Investigators believe the van may be a Chevrolet Express. Its hood had been spray-painted black possibly to cover lettering.
The driver was a brown man between 25 and 35 years old. He had short wavy black hair and wore a grey golf shirt.
