Peterborough police look for missing man with connections to Durham Region

Police are looking for a Peterborough man with known connections to Durham.

Derek Smith. 31, was last seen by his family on December 10. Family and investigators are concerned for Smith’s wellbeing.

He was last seen wearing a black and grey winter coat, grey sweatpants, black gloves, a black toque, and black snow boots. Smith always wears PPE equipment including latex gloves and face masks.

Police say he has connections to both Durham Region and Toronto.
