Police investigating social media threats made regarding Bowmanville high school

Durham Regional Police are investigating after threats were made on social media involving a Bowmanville High School.

In a statement on Twitter, police say they have been “made aware of some rumours circulating on social media today” regarding those threats.

The incident is being investigated by officers from the DRPS East Division.

Police say there are no safety concerns at this time.
