Police looking for woman alleged to have “inappropriately touched” children at south Oshawa pool

A woman alleged to have inappropriately touched children at a south Oshawa swimming pool is the subject of an investigation by Durham Regional Police, who are looking for any potential victims or witnesses to come forward.
Police say they received information that an unknown woman “inappropriately touched” children at the South Oshawa Community Centre July 25 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Parents who were at the pool that day told pool staff about the unknown woman. Supervisors at the facility then approached the woman and asked her to leave and later contacted police to make a report. Police are now looking to speak with parents and/or children who may have any information about this incident.
