Police on scene for shooting in Oshawa, male hospitalized

Officers are investigating a shooting in Oshawa on Sunday.

Durham Police said shortly before 4 p.m. they were responding to the incident in the area of Ritson Rd N and Beatrice St E.

“One male victim has been transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries,” said police.

Officers are searching for the suspect; no description has been made available at this time.
