Police seek public’s help in locating 29-year-old Oshawa man

Durham Regional Police are seeking public assistance in locating a 29-year-old man who has gone missing in Oshawa.

Joseph, a resident of Oshawa was last seen in the vicinity of Colborne St. E. and Mary St.

He’s described as as a white male, and was wearing a distinctive ensemble consisting of a blue plaid shirt, long beige cargo shorts, a red “Canada” cowboy hat, dark sandals, and glasses went he went missing.

Police and family members are concerned about his well being.

Law enforcement agencies are urging anyone who may have sighted Joseph or possesses relevant information to immediately contact the police.
