Police want public’s help in catching Ajax storage facility thief

Durham Police are on the hunt for a man wanted in three break-and-enters at an Ajax storage facility last month.
Police have released video footage of the suspect, who is alleged to have stolen a space heater, and is hoping the public can help catch the man.
Surveillance video show a man entering the Green Storage facility via a fence on the east side of the Station Street property on Friday, March 15 between 9:55 p.m. and 11 p.m., where three storage units were broken into.
The suspect is described as white, approximately 25-35 with a slim build. He was wearing a black face covering, black hoodie with red writing, tan coloured pants, and black shoes.
Anyone with video footage, dash cam footage or information about this incident is asked to contact D/Cst. Aselton of the West Division Criminal Investigations Branch at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2535.
