Foodies eager to sample local fare—from smoked meats and crispy chicken sandwiches to burgers and Indian-Pakistani street staples—may want to head to this popular food truck festival in Oshawa.

The Food Truck Corral kicked off its annual summer festival on May 1 at 2867 Bridle Rd. It is conveniently located off Winchester Road East, between Simcoe Street and Ritson Road.

If you’re looking to take a walk around, admission is free and the event is pet-friendly, welcoming responsible owners to bring along their leashed pets.

  • Masala Box—Samosas, pani puri, chicken tikka bowl, butter chicken fries, fish wrap, and mango lassi.
  • Bourbon Street Chicken—Chicken and waffles, mac and cheese, pasta and Louisiana hot chicken sandwich.
