Premium ice cream rolls joint opens new location in Ajax

A popular ice cream parlour offering premium ice cream rolls has just opened its doors to the city.

Located at 1901 Harwood Ave N., Ice Flame,  has ice cream rolls with flavours like chocolate overload, strawberry Nutella, Pina colada, and mango magic.

They have also introduced ‘Flame specialties’ inspired by famous Indian desserts like Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, Rajbhog, and Paan.

The story of Ice Flame began with founders Kinjal and Monil, who once worked at the same restaurant for 11 years; decided to venture into their own business.

They recognized the immense potential for growth in the dessert segment, particularly in ice creams and milkshakes.

They opened their first location in November 2020 in Brampton and have over 6 locations across Ontario today.

The self-service parlour not only offers ice cream rolls but also a variety of shakes, fresh juices, and small bites like grilled sandwiches, fries, and Vada pav.

As a part of their launch week, they’re offering ice creams at “buy one, get another at 50% off” from August 4th to August 9th.
