School bus routes nearly problem-free; just one Bowmanville route cancelled this morning

School bus operators appear to have got the driver shortage problem that has plagued schools across Durham Region for most of the school year under control as students prepare to head into the Easter long weekend, with just one morning and one afternoon route in Bowmanville cancelled today (April 6).

A route serving Duke of Cambridge elementary school and Bowmanville High School is cancelled today, along with five delays.

All school routes in the rest of Durham are running on schedule.
