Search underway for missing vulnerable Oshawa man

Update: 4 p.m. Keegan has been found safe.

A search is underway for a missing vulnerable Oshawa man.

Keegan, 21, was last seen near Wilson Rd. and Beatrice St. Durham Regional Police confirmed around 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 13. Investigators and Keegan’s family are concerned for his well-being.

He is described as a white man standing five-foot-one with a medium build and short brown hair. He was wearing a dark sweater, blue jeans and dark shoes when last seen.
