An Oshawa man has been missing from his home for nearly a week leaving police and his family concerned for his well-being.
Michael, 44, is originally from Sudbury and had been living in the Oshawa area for about a month prior to his disappearance. He was last seen on Oct. 30 near Mary Street North and Brock Street. The area is a residential neighbourhood in the city’s downtown behind the Costco Plaza.
His family reached out to Durham Regional Police on Nov. 1 noting he had not been heard from since last Wednesday. Investigators describe Michael as a white man with short dark hair and a beard.
He was wearing light-coloured jeans, a dark blue sweatshirt and dark-framed glasses when last seen. He was also driving a white SUV with a Nova Scotia licence plate.
